These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JK.Creative LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of Comply at comply.jkcreative.store (“the Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Comply provides automated WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility scanning for websites using the axe-core engine. You submit publicly accessible URLs; we return a report identifying detected accessibility violations along with suggested remediation guidance.
Important limitations: Comply’s scans are automated. Automated tools cannot detect all accessibility issues — industry estimates suggest automated tools catch approximately 30–40% of WCAG violations. A passing scan or a low violation count does not certify or guarantee legal compliance with the ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, or any other accessibility law. Comply is a testing aid, not a compliance certification and not a substitute for manual accessibility testing or legal counsel. See our Disclaimer for full details.
You must create an account to use Comply. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. Comply uses magic link authentication — we send a sign-in link to your email address, and no password is stored or required.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised, used in violation of these Terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.
Comply offers two subscription tiers:
Plan features, scan quotas, and any promotional pricing are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the Service until that date. After cancellation, your account data and scan history are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, per our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Comply only as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Our property: Comply, its branding, codebase, interface, and underlying technology are owned by JK.Creative LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your active subscription.
Your property: You own your scan data — the URLs you submit and the results generated for them. You grant us a limited license to process those URLs and store the results solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JK.CREATIVE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for the accessibility state of any third-party website you scan, nor for any legal claim, lawsuit, or regulatory action brought against you based on the accessibility of a site you own or operate.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JK.Creative LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform.
Upon termination: your access to the Service ends, your scan data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, and billing obligations for the current period remain due. Sections 8–11 and 13–15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of JK.Creative LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at comply@jkcreative.store and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction without first going through this informal process where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and JK.Creative LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Changes: We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
